Nita Ibrahim APN is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in nursing. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from William Paterson University, where she discovered her passion for nursing. This led her to pursue an accelerated Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Rutgers University. With 7 years of nursing experience, Nita has worked in diverse settings including same-day surgery, infusion centers, internal medicine, and medical-surgical units at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Nita furthered her education by earning a Master’s degree in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Seton Hall University. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Her expertise spans Advanced Wound Care, Primary Care, and Weight Loss Management. Nita is dedicated to empowering her patients through education and accountability.

Outside of her work at All Health Medical Group, Nita spends her free time volunteering at the Bergen County animal shelter and fostering kittens throughout the year.
