Dr. Rosario Calero-Bai has been providing dedicated pediatric care in Northern New Jersey for more than 36 years. She is deeply passionate about guiding and supporting parents in raising healthy, thriving children.

“I feel a profound sense of fulfillment watching my patients grow and develop—from infancy through adolescence and into young adulthood,” she shares. “I always speak to my patients and their families with the same kindness, patience, and respect that I would want for myself. Many of the families I care for don’t realize that I’m more like them than they think, and that connection helps me truly relate to them.”

Dr. Calero-Bai earned her Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed her Pediatrics internship at University Hospital. Known for her compassionate approach and decades of expertise, she remains committed to delivering exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
