Dr. Shauhab Chaudhry is a highly experienced Internal Medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults across all stages of life. With extensive experience in both outpatient primary care and inpatient hospital medicine, Dr. Chaudhry is committed to delivering evidence-based medical care while building lasting relationships with his patients.
Dr. Chaudhry earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of the Americas and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Hackensack University Medical Center–Mountainside, where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident. During his training, he gained advanced experience in critical care medicine, including intensive care unit management, procedural medicine, and the education and mentorship of resident physicians and medical students.
Throughout his career, Dr. Chaudhry has cared for patients in a variety of healthcare settings, including primary care practices, community hospitals, and large medical centers throughout New Jersey. His clinical expertise includes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, cardiovascular risk reduction, diabetes care, hypertension, hospital-based medicine, and complex medical conditions requiring coordinated care.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Chaudhry serves as Chief Medical Officer of a healthcare technology company specializing in laboratory information systems, reflecting his passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery. He is an active member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association Physician Innovation Network, and the Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America (APPNA).
