Shaza Khatib FNP-DNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) with more than 20 years of healthcare experience across a variety of clinical settings. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Shaza worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 10 years and as a Registered Nurse (RN) for 7 years, building a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care. Shaza earned her doctoral degree from Rutgers University in 2024.

Throughout her career she have provided care in long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, home care, and hospital settings, giving her extensive experience managing patients with diverse and complex healthcare needs.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Shaza has experience in both primary care and urgent care, with a special focus on promoting health, wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management in the adult and geriatric populations.

Shaza is fluent in both English and Arabic and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients through compassionate, personalized, and culturally sensitive care.
