SALONIE GADKARI PA

Salonie Bidaye, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant who is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York. She earned her Bachelors of Health Professions from Temple University and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. 

During her time at Temple University, she worked as a medical assistant in Internal Medicine which sparked her interest in providing longitudinal and preventative care. She later worked at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, developing a passion for advocacy in pediatric medicine. 

Salonie then went on to obtain her Master’s Degree where she had a particular interest in primary care and pediatric medicine. She was able to see first hand the importance of how continuity of care leads to better health outcomes. Along with hands on clinical experience, Salonie was also exposed to a wide variety of clinical setting including the operating room, emergency room and inpatient medicine wards. 

During school she was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society which requires candidates to excel academically and demonstrate leadership in the PA profession. 

Salonie understands the importance of building relationships with her patients rooted in trust, advocacy and empathy. She is determined to empower patients to achieve their healthcare goals by fostering a collaborative environment and promoting shared medical decision making.
