Emmanuel Pelayo, NP-C, RDN, is a Board-Certified Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 13 years of experience in healthcare. He specializes in weight and chronic disease management, nutrition, and preventative medicine.
Emmanuel moved to the East Coast over thirteen years ago to start his career in healthcare as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. He completed his Masters of Science/Dietetic Internship (MS/DI) Program at James J. Peters Bronx VA Medical Center and New York University. He then obtained his BSN at New Jersey City University and MSN from Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU), where he received The Alice Perry Award for his excellence in Leadership, Education, Clinical Practice, and Evidence-based practice.
Emmanuel has a broad range of experience as a Registered Nurse and Dietitian/Nutritionist, having worked in Acute Medicine, Critical Care, and Oncology/infusion therapy. He became a Primary Care Provider to have a broader and more significant impact on delivering care to patients. He has been helping patients improve their health, achieve their weight goals, and enhance their quality of life.
Emmanuel was born and raised in California to parents of Mexican descent. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is enthusiastic to join the All Health Medical Group team, where he will continue his passion for providing compassionate, comprehensive, tailored care to his patients.
