Appointments and scheduling

When you book an appointment online, you are taken to our scheduling provider's system to complete the booking. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment time until it is confirmed. Information you enter there is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Telehealth services

We offer telehealth visits to patients where clinically appropriate. Telehealth visits are governed by the consent and instructions provided at the time the visit is scheduled, and require a suitable device and internet connection. Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies; in an emergency, call 911. Technical interruptions can occur, and a telehealth visit may need to be rescheduled or converted to an in-person visit at the clinical team's judgment.

Text messaging (SMS) program terms

By providing your mobile phone number during patient registration or intake, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from All Health Medical, including appointment reminders, annual visit recall notices, and post-visit feedback requests. Consent is not a condition of receiving care.

• Message frequency varies based on your appointments and care schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further texts will be sent. Reply START to rejoin.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Email communications

We send appointment and care-related emails, and occasionally practice news. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link that stops promotional email without affecting your appointment and care communications.
