All Health Medical Group is committed to making healthcare affordable and accessible. We accept a wide range of insurance plans and offer transparent billing practices so you can focus on your health, not paperwork.

We accept almost all commercial insurance plans, including but not limited to:

If you do not see your plan listed, please call our billing department to confirm coverage before your visit.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
- Valid photo ID (driver’s license or state ID)
- Insurance card (front and back)
- Referral or authorization documents, if required by your plan
- List of current medications
Copays & Payment
Copays and any outstanding balances are due at the time of service. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and personal checks.
Self-Pay Patients
For patients without insurance, we offer competitive self-pay rates. Please contact our billing department for pricing information.
